James Wilson is the editor of Raftervio.site and the pen name used by the person who writes and maintains its guides. James is responsible for choosing guide topics, researching the rules behind them, writing in plain language and keeping pages up to date.

How James researches

James does not hold himself out as a lawyer, insurance professional or licensed contractor, and the guides are not legal advice. When a rule is complicated or unsettled, the guide says so and suggests checking with the relevant agency or an attorney.
Updates and corrections
Each guide shows the date it was last updated and the date its sources were checked.
